Fatality accident takes life of 23-year-old driver From Adair County Sheriff's Office On Saturday, December 21, 2013, 23 year old Rachell Edwards of Columbia was operating a 1999 Toyota on Liberty Road when she lost control of the vehicle. Edwards overcorrected and traveled off the roadway and across Bull Run Road striking a guard rail face. Upon striking the guard rail, the vehicle overturned and Edwards was ejected from the vehicle. Edwards was transported to Westlake ER where she was pronounced deceased.
