Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - Tpr. Logan Richardson is investigating a collision that occurred today, Monday, January 21, 2013, at 1:38pmCT on KY 61 and the Columbia bypass. 44-year-old Glenda Downey of Jamestown, 2013, was operating a 1993 Oldsmobile, traveling south on the Columbia bypass when she failed to stop at a red light. She struck a 1995 Chevy operated by 59-year-old Ronald Gibson of Columbia, KY. Gibson was traveling west on Burkesville Street; his vehicle then struck a 1996 Chevrolet that was traveling east on Burkesville Street. It was operated by 59-year-old Cynthia Harvey of Columbia.
