Memories of dinners on the ground, revivals at Creelsboro church

Kermit Mann would stand guard over dessert table at dinners on the ground, making kids show empty dirty plate as proof they had eaten dinner, before dessert was meted out

Thank you for this wonderful photo.

The home and store in the background was once my Great-Grandfather's.

I have many, many Happy Memories of Sunday Dinners on the Gound and Revivals where the preachers would sometimes sketch, paint, or draw as they preached. Pretty exciting to little country children.

I Remember Great Uncle Kermit Mann would stand guard over the dessert table until we could show a dirty plate, to prove we had eaten vegetables, etc. Oh, precious memories. --Judy Morrison
