No Action taken following Executive Session at Westlake

Word from Westlake Regional Hospital office very early this morning is that no action was taken following the Executive sessions at last night's regular monthly meeting of the Adair County Hospital Board of Trustees last night.

Interest in the meeting and the subject of the closed sessions has been extraordinarily high, judging from readership of the Agenda posted Tuesday afternoon, a few hours before the meeting.

Executive Session: a) KRS: 61.810(1)(c): Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency: Review of Compliance Issues, Bill Mabry, Attorney b) KRS: 61.810(1)(b) Deliberations on the future acquisition of sale of real property by a public agency, but only when publicity would be likely to affect the value of a specific piece of property to be acquired for public use or sold by a public agency: Ken Doran, Interim CFO. From Adair Co. Hospital Board agenda for Tuesday, Feb, 28 2012
