7-year old Randall Chesser has been found conscious and responsive

SPRINGFIELD, KY - 7-year-old Randall Chesser has been found. He was conscious and responsive. He was found at 2:45pmET by a ground search team from Mercer County, KY next to a creek approximately 3 miles from his residence. He is being transported to an undisclosed medical facility for observation. A press conference has been scheduled for 4pmET at the Willisburg Fire Department, 2620 Lawrenceburg Road in Willisburg, KY.

Groups may donate to Dakota Scholarship Fund at Ceremony

Any group, church, business, which would like to donate at the Sunday, October 2, 2011 Ceremony can arrange to do so at Adair County Judge Executive's office, Adair Annex, Suite 1, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY

About the fund
"The valor of Sgt. Dakota Meyer is unparalleled and highlights the selfless sacrifice made by all Marines. The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is inspired by Sgt. Meyer's dedication and commitment to the Marine Corps. Mary Lou Curry, Adair County, KY (1932-2011)

She was a member of a large, respected Southeast Adair County family. She was a member of Old Liberty Community Church and was retired from Fruit of the Loom

Mary Lou Curry, 78, of the Montpelier community of Adair County, KY, died Sunday, September 25, 2011 at the Westlake Regional Hospital, Columbia, KY.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 11amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Barry Lawson and Bro. David Coffey officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation is after 4pmCT, Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at the funeral home.

Campbellsville, KY driver faces charges following injury accident

An 18 year old Campbellsville, KY, driver faces charges following a single car injury accident on Industrial Drive, Campbellsville, KY, at 1:25amET/12:25amCT, on Sunday, September 25, 2011.

Narrative from Campbellsville Police
On Sunday, September 25, 2011, 18 year old Peyton Rucker of Campbellsville was operating a 2002 Dodge Dakota south on Industrial Drive when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a light post.

Rucker fled the scene and was located a short time later by Campbellsvile Police. Rucker was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville/Taylor Co. EMS where he was treated for injuries suffered in the wreck.

Rucker was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs 1st offense, leaving the scene of an accident, expired registration, and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.
Agencies involved: Campbellsville Police Department, Campbellsville/Taylor County Emergency Medical Services.

Campbebellsville Police Officer Andy Warren was the investigating officer.

Sixty KSP Cadets join search for missing Willisburg, KY boy

Randall Chesser has been missing from his home since Saturday, evening, September 24, 2011.

Springfield, KY - The Kentucky State Police are expanding the search for 7-year-old Randall Leon Chesser. In spite of inclement weather the field search will continue this morning as 60 Cadets from the Kentucky State Police Training Academy will join in the effort. KSP is looking to expand the geographical area of the search and have reached out to the military for additional air support that will be provided once the weather breaks.

There was an expected uptick in the garden spider census from human intervention, but it didn't seem to happen.
