Adair Co. Schools will use Saturday, May 22 as make up day

School Calendar for 2009-2010 amended

The Adair County Schools will be in session on Saturday, May 22, 2010 to makeup the weather day missed May 3, 2010. This allows the last day of school for students and graduation to be held as scheduled on May 28.

During this week, students will be out of school as required by law on Tuesday, May 18 for Primary Election Day. Therefore, students will still only have five school attendance days during this week. May 22 is a regular student attendance instructional school day. We ask for your support in encouraging students to be in attendance on this school day.

The staff and seniors voted on these two (2) options with more than 90% voting for the Saturday option.

Thanks,
s/Darrell Treece, Superintendent, Adair County Schools
