Obituary: Clora (Coty) Harvey, 74, member Harrods Fork Baptist

COLUMBIAMAGAZINE.COM OBITUARIES

Mrs. Harvey was a member of a highly respected family. She was a wonderful cook. Her faithfulness and way and the way she showed Christian kindness will be long remembered in the Breeding Community. She had retired after a 32 year career at Summit Manor in Columbia, before losing a long bout with cancer.

Clora (Coty) Harvey, 74, of the Breeding Community, died Friday, June 6, 2008, at 4:15am, at her home after a long bout with cancer.

The funeral service will be Sunday, June 8, 2008, at 1:30pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, with Bro. Stoney McKinney and Bro. Darrell Landis officiating.

Dancing with the Stars is Saturday, June 7, 2008

Dancing with the stairs will be Saturday June 7, 2008, the Adair County Middle School Gymnasium. The program benefits Renaissance Columbia.

These couples are participating:

It will begin at 7:00pmCT. with doors opening at 5:30pmCT.

Advanced tickets are on sale now for $5.00. Children 5 and under are free.

These advanced tickets are for easy entry into the gym and to avoid long ticket lines. They do not reserve a seat. So even if you have an advanced ticket you must still get there in plenty of time. We hope this will avoid such a hassle trying to get in the gym.
