Letter: Supports keeping assistant principals

"There must be another way to meet the school budget"

To ColumbiaMagazine.com

How in the world can our school board justify getting rid of an assistant principal? Do they really think that the principal can run the school by herself? Come on you all, this is about the most ridiculous thing I have heard the them come up with!

Besides the fact that the assistant knows more of what is going on in the school than just about anyone.

Letter: Shannon Sexton effort to Keep Kim as Vice Principal

Ed,

I would like to urge all JAIS parents to sign the petition that PTA is passing around.

If Ms. Goodin's position is eliminated, many children will suffer. Ms. Goodin has been instrumental in my child's education at John Adair.

Kim has went above and beyond to make sure my son's time at JAIS was productive and educational! Sometimes children (especially my son), do not display perfect behavioral skills.
