Nelda Fletcher, 90, Burkesville, KY Nelda Fletcher, age 90 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Nelda was born on September 19, 1935 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Sanford Riley and Venis Anderson Riley. Elwood Squires, 95, Taylor County, KY Elwood Squires of Campbellsville, son of the late Jim Lewis Squires and Tamar Murrell Finn Squires, was born November 26, 1930 in Green County, Kentucky. He died Sunday, April 5, 2026 in Campbellsville at age 95. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark Methodist Church. Elwood was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served his country honorably in the United States Air Force as a crew chief on the flight line.
