Frieda Stotts, 77, Adair Co., KY (1938-2015) 
She was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church. She
was a kitchen manager working for the Adair County Board of Education. She was born in Adair County, and was a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was a member of a highly regarded South Adair County family. She was the daughter of the late Willard Oris & Zelma Lottie Rowe Page, and the widow of Theron Glen "Monkey" Burris. She later married Carlos Stotts, who survives. She leaves 20 direct living descendants. Other lesser headlines proclaimed that Rev. W.C Wycoff would preach in Columbia on Sunday; that the J.P. Hutchison property on Burkesville Street soon would sell at auction, and that Lindsey Wilson Junior College had two games coming up later in the week. She had been a member of Elm View United Methodist Church in the Eastview/Bridgeport community of eastern Metcalfe County before moving to Campbellsville, after which she joined St. Mark United Methodist Church. She was educated in one-room schools in Green and Metcalfe Counties.
