Kellis Booth writes:
I am surprised that there was very little concern for me being who I said I was when casting my vote. With all of the stories and concerns of fraud, the least they could have done was check my ID. I had hoped that maybe I was the only one this happened to, but I have heard of it happening (or not happening) to other people at other polling locations as well. --Kellis Booth

Carol Perkins: Who's Counting?

It's a family tradition. The Reece side of her family would crawl to the polls to vote, Carol Perkns says, vowing, 'I will vote today. I hope others will stop what they are doing and vote, too. It is my duty and my right and I know that if I didn't vote, my grandparents would haunt me for life!' - Carol Perkins

Carol Sullivan

All my life, I have been told that every vote counts.

That is why I can't understand why everyone in American wouldn't take time to vote. Many are not even registered TO vote. What is wrong with a free society like ours when citizens don't appreciate this right? In many countries, citizens would and have killed for this right.
