Over steering a factor in injury crash near Lebanon, KY By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Tpr. Fred Cornett is investigating an injury collision that occurred Friday, May 4, 2012, at 5:20ET on Sportsmanlake Road, 2 miles south of Lebanon. 17-year-old John Southhall of Lebanon was operating a 2002 Lexus ,traveling east on Sportsmanlake Road, when the vehicle dropped off the east bound side of the roadway. In an attempt to regain control of the vehicle, Southhall oversteered and crossed over the other side of the roadway, traveled down an embankment and overturned in a creek. 18-year-old Christian Carmona, 17-year-old Carlos Litsey Jr and 16-year old Boui Sammad, all from Lebanon were passengers in the vehicle. Carmona and Litsey were wearing seatbelts and not injured. Sammad and Southhall were not belted and were both ejected. They were treated and released at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY.
