Breeding Fish Fry: Jess Hagan and James Ray Hammond

2012-05-05 - 290 Fire Department Lane, Breeding, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Breeding Fire Department Chaplain Jess Hagan, right, chatted with James Ray Hammond before the start of the Breeding Fire Department Fish Fry which appeared to be headed for a big evening when the photo was taken. Two positive predictors: 1) It was where the politicians were headed. Mark Polston, candidate for the State Senate, was already there. And Chris Girdler, another candidate was on his way. 2) It was where James Ray went, out of all big do's in the county, he chose the fish fry; he's perhaps Adair County's best judge of where the best food, the most people, and the most excitement will be. Tomorrow, Chaplain Hagan will be speaking at White Oak Church in eastern Adair County. He was wondering if it isn't the oldest church building still standing.
