Feedback: The COF comments on views of poet About: POET on SMOKING To ColumbiaMagazine.com I agree totally with the poet but since some would use this as an argument to ban smoking outside (as an earlier post suggested) then a logical extension derived from driving along the beautiful highways and byways of Adair should also lead to a ban on take out food orders from all restaurants and delis as well as a ban on any entity allowing canned beverages to be removed from the premises. I fail to see how the fact that there are polluting slobs and jerks amongst us, some who smoke and some who don't, has any bearing on rather someone without any financial interest in a business should be able to dictate how that owner presents his wares to the public. s/The COF From his post on the ridge high above beautiful downtown Knifley, KY 2008-07-16 04:22:12 | Comments | Printable version | See topic Letters and Reader Feedback Birthdays and Anniversaries for July 16 Happy Anniversary, McDonald's of Columbia (1992) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Anniversary, William G.
