Circle R Restaurant manager arrested Action follows allegation of theft from cash drawer. Restaurant was closed Saturday night, this week, but that was announced well in advance of this event. Restaurant to re-open at 5:00am Tuesday, January 2, 2007, notice says The manager of the Circle R Family Restaurant on Russell Road in Columbia, KY, was arrested at work, Saturday morning. Breakfast diners watched as the manager was arrested and placed in the back of the state police cruiser.
