Two Doing Donuts Affair arraignments this morning Two arraignments involving the Doing Donuts Affair at Breeding are scheduled for 9:00am this morning, Wednesday, August 9, 2006, in Adair District Court. Justin Lee Burkett will be arraigned on assault 4th. Joe Burris will be arraigned, also charged with the same offense. Both items carry the notation, "No vis injury," i.e., no visible injuries, to the complainant. There is a fairly heavy District Court docket, with 108 cases scheduled.
