Billy Wheeler, 51 Services will be held Monday, August 16, 2004 at 1 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral home for Billy Wheeler of Columbia. He passed away August 13 at Westlake Regional Hospital emergency room. Billy was a service technician who had worked at Columbia General Appliance for over 20 years.
