Firefighters honor Phil Bailey

The Columbia Adair County Fire Department honored Unit 48 Phil Bailey who they say "will be greatly missed." He started his career in the Emergency Medical Services as an EMT with Adair County Ambulance Service. He moved to Florida and worked in the Emergency Medical Services, spending 22 years with Largo Fire Rescue, retiring as Lieutenant. After retirement, he moved back to Columbia and joined the Columbia-Adair County Volunteer Fire Department.
