Adair County Fiscal Court met in its first regular July session Tuesday, July 14, 2020 in the basement meeting room of the Adair County Annex. Judge Executive Gale Cowan called the meeting to order and held the roll call to assure they had a quorum. Six of seven Magistrates were present: Chris Reeder, Daryl Flatt, Harold Burton, Greg Caldwell and Terry Hadley. Billy Coffey was absent. Masks were required for all in attendance per Governor Beshear's mandate to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus.
