Sidewalk groundbreaking celebrates work to begin



2019-10-09 - Columbia - Photo from City Hall, Columbia, KY.
Columbia Mayor Pamela Hoots is joined by sidewalk committee members Mary Anne Loy and Ellen Zornes at the corner of Lowe's Lane and Jamestown Street to dedicate the new sidewalk which will begin at the Holloway Wellness Center and end here beside the Church of Christ. Pictured with them are: Jim McGowan with AEI Engineering, Minister Terry Smith, and Mason Pyles and Bradley Hayes with Pyles Excavating.
