Work around the Russell Creek bridge not Trail Town work

Recent work under and beside the Hwy 206 bridge over Russell Creek is not the wished-for river bank cleanup for Trail Town put ins. The work tempted passers by to discuss if maybe it might be the creation of a place for entry to put kayaks in, but the workers said they were there for the state to clean out the trees and brush that was hung at the base of the bridge from all the high water this year. They said if anything special had been wanted on the bank, the state would have to have been notified in advance.
