Tiffany writes, "Warm weather and lots of sunshine on Monday of the three-day Memorial weekend seemed to draw folks outdoors. With temperatures surpassing the ninety-degree mark, bodies of water were an ideal place for recreation and relaxation. Both Green River Lake and Lake Cumberland saw their fair share of boaters but the creeks around Adair County had plenty of visitors as well. Whether it was canoeing, wading, or camping on the banks - these local streams of water draw people out into nature."
