This view of Columbia's historic Courthouse Clock Tower from the top of "Old Grade School Hill" in Columbia, will soon be blocked out by leaves of late spring and summer. Trees are budding out now even though we are still nine days away from the official arrival of spring. Click here to revisit one of JIM's local history articles that includes the old Graded School that sat on this hill until consolidation. - LW
