Magistrate Phil Sammons presents an oversized gavel to retiring Judge Harold McKinney as the Judge’s wife, Carol, looks on. The gavel, engraved with their names, was a gift from the magistrates of Boyle County at a reception held in the Judge’s honor December 19, 2018 in the Circuit Court Room of the Boyle County Courthouse. - GL
