Here is the fix for the Bypass/61 intersection. Works just like the Square. Both of these are in Georgia, but lots of states are doing this. It eliminates the need for stop lights and there are no left turns onto or off of the circle. Motorist coming on to the circle yields to those already on the circle. I've seen a bunch of them in heavy traffic and they work pretty well. This is a 100% fix for our problem at that intersection. Thanks. - Mark Hale.
