Changes in GRC Industrial Park preparing for growth

Changes are happening in the front acres of Green River Commerce Industrial Park and acreage has just been sold by the Columbia Adair County Economic Development Authority to the current industry, ATS, preparing for more jobs growth. The acreage above is not part of the purchase, but its improvement was cited as one of the reasons the Columbia/Adair County EDA agreed to sell additional land to ATS. ATS, currently the only employer in the park participated in improvements for the park, contributing to a recent sewer project which benefits the park and made it more attractive to new employers.
