Barn in Adams County, Ohio - HORSING AROUND PART II

2018-06-30 - Adams County, Ohio - Photo by Robert Ellis .
This is the farm that the "Horsing Around" pic came from. The lot fell in my lap to be the one to ask permission to take some pics of the barn/farm. Fortunately for us the owners were very nice and granted us full access to take all the pics that we wanted. As I was talking to the owner, another vehicle pulled in to seek permission to do some drone footage. The owners told me they get asked all the time for pic taking. This beautiful barn has an interesting past. The current owner is a descendent of the builder of the barn (great Grandson, I think?). The original barn burnt down in the 1920's (?) and this replacement was built mainly from stone and concrete. The bars in the windows came from the Adams County Courthouse. - ROBERT ELLIS.
