Changing Face of Hudson ST: Five decade old change 1 Jun 2018 - BUSINESS NEWS

2018-06-03 - 105 Hudson Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
We haven't found out what's next for the old Lee's Famous Recipe Location on Hudson Street in Columbia, which, as the sign indicates, is now closed here and re-opened June 1 in Holiday Place at 211 Dohoney Trace, Columbia, KY. Nor do we have the dates on when the building first opened as a restaurant. Originally it was, we remember "Columbia Palace Restaurant," (JIM has corrected, it was "Pik-Nik Palace") and later, maybe ca 1970, converted to one of the early Lee's Famous Recipe outlets. Still awaiting word on the future of the location. - EW. Paired photo: - Business News: Eventful week in New Columbia/Greater Bliss.
