Mystery Wild Flower #78454: Hilltop over look N of Inroad, KY

Can anyone help with an identification of this flower growing wild on the overlook pulloff above Inroad, KY, at a point sometimes called "Insurance Hill"? Limited searching finds it is inthe Phlox family and is market with the five point starburst in the center. The photo was taken in the Saturday afternoon sun, April 28, 2018. - LW
