(Ad) Dallas Luttrell candidate for Adair County Sheriff - II

2018-04-23 - Adair County, KY - Photo - Campaign photo.
I am working to meet you all before the election, but here's a reminder, just in case

To the voters of Adair County, KY

I have met many of you but I realize it is going to be physically impossible to personally meet and visit every voter of the County. For those I haven't met yet, I want to introduce myself. I am Dallas Luttrell. I was born in Adair County to Marvin and Mamie (Hardwick) Luttrell, my grandparents are the deceased James and Alta (Foley) Luttrell and Mont and Mary Liz (Goodin) Hardwick. My first real job was here in Columbia working for Waggener-Walker newspapers when I was 16 years old.

I was raised in Indiana and spent a large part of my adult life in Arizona where I served as a Deputy Sheriff and as a Trooper with the Arizona Department of Public Safety. I retired as a Sergeant II.

My family and I moved back to my roots after my son-in-law was medically retired from the US Army due to combat injuries suffered in Afghanistan.

Currently I am the Director of the Kentucky State Parks Ranger Division; I hold the rank of Colonel. I oversee law enforcement operations in all Kentucky State Parks. I am honored to hold this position and am the first Colonel in the Agencies history to start at the entry level position of Ranger and work up to the highest position.

I decided to run for Sheriff not for economic gain, not for political aspirations but for the sincere desire to make Adair County a better place to live for all our future generations.

For a detail list of my training, education and experience follow me on Facebook at Dallas Luttrell for Adair County Sheriff.

I would be honored to serve as the Sheriff for all of Adair County.
