Election 2018: Shannon Rowe files for Adair Constable/3

Shannon Rowe, R, right, filed for Constable in District 3/South Columbia/Glens Fork Melson Ridge on January 29, 2018. He sent the photo above with Governor Matthew Bevin to go with his filing statement. Rowe is the incumbent Constable in District 2. He is one of three candidates for the Republican nomination this year in District 3, opposing Dstrict 3 incumbent Robert Loy and John Chicoine for the nomination.
