Mike Watson presents Camp Boyle Historical Marker plans Adair County Historian Mike Watson, repesenting the Adair Heritage Association, asked for and received Council approval to send a letter(s) of recommendation to the Kentucky Historical Society supporting efforts "to obtain a Kentucky Historical Marker for the Civil War camp adjacent to the city of Columbia, Adair County, know as Camp Boyle."
