Election 2018: Chris Pennington for Magistrate - 4th District Adair Co., KY (Paid Ad)

2018-02-05 - Filing Photo taken at Adair County Clerk Office, Ste 3, Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. - Photo Photo submitted by the candidate, Chris Pennington..
To the Voters of District 4
(Gradyville-Nell, Sparksville-Breeding, and South Columbia of Adair County)

My name is Chris Pennington and I am seeking the position of District 4 Magistrate, Adair County.

I am the son of Elbert & Loretta Pennington of Breeding, KY. My grandparents are Dorothy & the late Perry Pennington of Breeding, KY & Carl and the late Loucille Dickson of Prices Creek. I have one daughter, Haylee Pennington. I'm engaged to Tara Jones, daughter of Carl Jones & Evelyn Combs of Columbia, KY.

I was born and was raised and have spent my entire life in Breeding, KY. My father and I own Pennington Logging, for which I have worked for the last 16 years. During the down time of those years I also worked for the Adair County Road Department off and on for about 2 years.

Working for the Road Department taught me a lot about what it takes to care for our roads. Being a logger and traveling back roads almost daily. I am able to see where we could use some work.

I am honest, dependable, and hard working.

I will always try to be available for any questions or concerns if I'm elected. If I don’t have an answer, I will work hard to find an answer for you.

I will be at Fiscal Court meetings and I will always be aware of what is happening in our County.

I will try my very best to always do and vote for what is best, especially for District 4.

I humbly ask for your votes to elect me as your District 4 Magistrate in the Republican primary, Tuesday, May 22, 2018.
