At exactly 4pmCT, Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the doors to the Adair Annex were locked by Jackie Cravens, the Annex Custodian at left, and Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss, at right, ending filing for county offices subject to the May 22, 2018 primary election. The lockout may have been the most eventful occurrence of the day. No late filers were added. - ED WAGGENER.
