Fred Rowe, America's leading dairy farm manager-by-cellphone, sends us this photo taken Wednesday, January 17, 2017 which he captions, "Steamed Milk." He did not have time to tell how many Bovine Thermal Units are generated by each cow, and this free heat may not put Buddy Wall out of business, but there would seem to be great economic potential for someone considering a cow-warmed tiny house. - EW
