Blue, undoubtedly Adair County's second most purrfect cat - second only to yours - had an I-should-be-county judge or mayor or superintendent of schools or cemetery commisioner' look on his face when this portrait was made, we thought. But we mis-read. It's only the versatile Renaissance Cat's "When-do-we-eat? Pooh Bear expression." As it turns out, right then. Linda feeds Blue any time he demands, whether he is lying or not. Families with lesser cats have got to concede that Blue has superior knowledge of current affairs. - EW
