For tonight, John and Amy McGough were planning to stay in the upstairs apartment over the old Janes Feed Warehouse. It's one room - for five people -- has plumbing which is turned off, and power, also not turned on. That will all have to happen tomorrow, Tuesday, July 11, 2017 - or later if the paperwork and payments can't be done on time. Once, Mrs. McGough says, John could have done all the repairs needed, but says that his recent heart attacks have rendered him unable to do so now.
