Campbellsville High School Fishng team at City Lake

CHS fishing team members, from left, Caleb Hughes, Bryce Richardson and Toyse Cox, who will be seniors in the fall, practice casting. CHS fishing team volunteers at City Lake grand opening Campbellsville High School fishing team members recently volunteered at the City Lake grand opening on Saturday, May 27. Students helped children and adults learn fishing fundamentals, such as how to cast a line. The event also celebrated the opening of Pompano’s Bait House. Fishing team members Bryce Richardson, Caleb Hughes and Toyse Cox, who will all be seniors this fall, helped at the event. Fishing coach Jeff Richardson, who is also director of pupil personnel and food service for Campbellsville Independent Schools, also volunteered. - CALEB McKINNEY
