Prices Creek: Adorning the barn across the road

2017-06-05 - Prices Creek Community, Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, columbiamagazine.com.
This pretty Trumpet Vine grows happily up one wall of Mr. Carl Dixon's barn in the Prices Creek region of Adair County, KY, photographed Saturday, June 3, 2017 during a stop to visit with Mike Sexton. The flowers were attracting tiny Humming Birds which could barely be spotted for their size and speed. The barn was otherwise perfectly manicured but for this one fine bit of landscape which had been allowed to stay. The birds and bird watchers appreciate it.
