Waking up with the Lord, every day - Red Lick UMS celebration

2017-04-27 - Red Lick United Methodist Church, 3976 Mosby Ridge Road, Edmonton, KY - Photo by Chris Lagermann.
Brother Larry Lemmon decided to build excitement each week by having a special theme. Sunday, April 23 the theme was "Waking Up in the Lord!" The congregation was encouraged to come to church wearing pajamas for this special day with the idea that people should Wake Up in the Lord EVERY day. The congregation certainly enjoyed the service and shared a lot of joy! An especially joyous announcement was that Brother Larry and his wife Missy's son Lakota announced that he had been saved Easter Sunday night. His sister Katherine told the congregation last week that she had committed her life to Jesus. What wonderful news!In the photo with the pajamas from April 23, 2017: Front row: Lukas Lemmon, Lakota Lemmon, Emma Jessee, Katherine Lemmon, Jordan London, Kayleigh Huff, Rachel Lagermann.
