When Lindsey Wilson College International Student - a great chef - Nicolas Marcano completed his dish for today's Internatonal Festival, this beautiful dish was readying for sampling. "Pelau" popular in Trinidad & Tobago, "Pelau" a traditional one-pot dish from ingredients which include rice, chicken, benas or peas.
