Saturday morning shopping just off the square

2017-04-10 - Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, columbiamagazine.com.
Saturday morning found the downtown crowd at the corner of Merchant and Campbellsville Streets where the Farmers Market is now located. It grew out of its space on the square and has over forty booth spaces available as the season gets growing. Tents can be seen on the right, parking on the left at the Justice Center. Columbia City Hall is the two-story building just past the tents on the right at the corner of Reed and Campbellsville Streets, and in the top right corner are the Columbia Greens and Groves Apartments, 305 Trabue Street off Jamestown Street. And above it all, electric lines are draped like icing on a birthday cake -- can we please bury those in the near future? -- LW
