Coffey, in the the red sweater behind podium, was talking with, back to camera, Adair Emergency Manager Mike Keltner and WAIN radio newsman Joe Collins (Santy Claus beard). In the foreground, Adair County SAR CEO Shannon Rowe (red cap) talked with Adair County Regional Jailer Joey White. Rowe attended in support of a request for funding for the Adair County SAR. In the background, Adair County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison Corbin. - EW
