Fiscal Court attendees could not get enough of good thing

It seemed many weren't in a hurry to leave following the short, but highly productive Adair County Fiscal Court, Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The mood was brightened by the news from presiding officer Magistrate Billy Dean Coffey's report of the recovery of CJE Michael Lee Stephens, who is now in the office for short periods almost every day. Coffey, in the the red sweater behind podium, was talking with, back to camera, Adair Emergency Manager Mike Keltner and WAIN radio newsman Joe Collins (Santy Claus beard). In the foreground, Adair County SAR CEO Shannon Rowe (red cap) talked with Adair County Regional Jailer Joey White. Rowe attended in support of a request for funding for the Adair County SAR.
