Adair SAR gets $2,500 grant from Fiscal Court

Glenn Martin, head of the Adair County Search & Rescue, standing, back to camera, presented the agency's request for funding help - a $2,500 stipend from Adair Fiscal Court - which was unanimously approved on a motion by Sammy Baker (3), with a second by Perry Reeder (4). Magistrate Baker, hidden from camera, above, commended the ASAR, saying they do a great job. Fifth Magistrate Billy Dean Coffey, standing, above, presided at the Tuesday, March 14, 2017 regular meeting of Adair Fiscal Court in the absence of CJE Michael Lee Stephens.
