2017-03-13 - Greensburg Road, just south of Burton-Garmon and Thompson Harvey Roads, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, .
The scene of the Saturday afternoon, March 11, 2017 fatal auto crash, showing path of Northbound 2002 Kia after it left the roadway. One person was dead as a result of the crash, another occupant was injured. Both passengers were ejected from the vehicle, which had to be retrieved from a pond beyond the tree line. The interrupted tracks in the path of the vehicle indicate that it may have flipped several times in the grass before impacting a large tree.- EW See also; KY State Police Report
