Butch is back. Still sad, but new friend is brightening life

2017-01-15 - A & M Farmers Market Chop House Restaurant, 7393 Campbellsville Road, Columbia, KY 270-805-8711. Hours: 5:30am-3pm Monday through Friday; Saturdays 5amCT til 1pmCT - Photo by Melissa Cundiff (c).
Butch the Cane Valley Mascot who belonged to the late Anthony & Tammy Reese, shows up for company and handouts at A & M Farmers Market Chop House more frequently now, but still carries a sad look in his eyes. But things are changing. In an animal odd couple developing relationship, he's found a new friend, Star, a tiny kitten who is his feline mini-me. Star has the same colors. Coburg residents are noticing the striking similarities. Unfortunately, we don't have a picture of Star, yet. Star doesn't take to the winter drizzles - preferring to hid under the Camaro these days. Hopefully, there will be a photo soon. - EW. Star: Butch, Anthony & Tammy Reeses' dog, has new soulmate
