Adair County Judge Executive Michael Stephens presided over a 57 minute regular session of Adair Fiscal Court, Tue 10 Jan 2016, with all members of the court present. The court took major actions on keeping the Adair County Regional Jail in compliance with Department of Corrections rules, made a major unanimous decision on an Adair County Board of Elections legal bill, and, among other actions, acted on another step to replace the Barnett's Creek Road Bridge. All magistrates, Harold Burton (1), Daryl Flatt (2), Sammy Baker (3), Perry Reeder (4), Billy Dean Coffey (5), Greg Caldwell (6), and Terry Hadley (7) were present.
