Hunters longing for more public land in the Bluegrass Region on which to hunt deer with modern firearms have a new destination to consider - Rolling Fork WMA in Nelson and LaRue counties. The newly acquired Rolling Fork Wildlife Management Area (WMA) grants hunters access to over 2,800 acres of river bottom and Knobs Region habitat. This WMA also allows ingress to a productive section of Rolling Fork River for anglers.
