Some time back Libby and I were eating a fine and let me emphasize, fine meal, at a restaurant in a nearby Southern State. Although their shutters are of the decorative, non-functioning persuasion, I could not help but notice that they were surely mounted on Monday morning by an employee who undoubtedly had a really trying weekend!
