HGR Fall Heritage Festival 2016: Barrel Train with engineer Eddie Rogers

Engineer and Taylor County Judge Executive & Taylor County & Homeplace Advocate Eddie Rogers steers the barrel train through the very busy fall heritage festival at Homeplace on Green River Saturday, September 10, 2016. The barrel train, conceived and built by Dr. Max Downey, has been popular means of transportation and site-seeing at the festival for several years. Dr. Downey has appointed Judge Roger as his deputy engineer for the past two or three years. The barrel train was one of many activities and exhibitions at the festival. - George Koblenschlag
