Street superintendent with one of antennas in city custody

Columbia Street Department Superintendent Donnie Rowe looked on as one of the three mystery antennas removed from City Stop Signs this morning were stored at City Hall. Officials could not find any identification for ownership of the antennas, only a generic label required by the Federal Communications Commission. Mayor Hardwick said that he's under the belief that there was no bad intentions on the part of whoever erected the antennas, but added, "In this day and time you can't be too careful." - EW
